Marcus Reid

A Chicago native who trained in Naples and brought back a fire for authentic pizza. Marcus started Jet's pizza from a single oven — and never looked back.

Sous Chef

Sofia Torres

Sofia developed many of Jet's signature specialty pizzas and seasonal menus. Her creativity keeps the menu exciting and her attention to detail keeps it perfect.

Operations Manager

Daniel Park

Daniel makes sure every order goes out right and on time. He manages our kitchen flow, delivery logistics, and the systems that keep Jet's running smoothly.
